Custom tailored suits

I'm looking for a well-established manufacturing company that specializes primarily in making custom suits for men, and also pants, shirts, tuxedos, wool overcoats in both classic and fashion styles. The company needs to be able to handle and process about 700-1000 custom orders for suits a month. That's around 23-33 suits a day. Upon receiving a specific order, the whole manufacturing process including shipping should take no longer than 2-3 weeks (3 weeks at the MOST). My budget for total production and shipping costs per unit is $100 (per suit).
