Design me a Product

Hi There, I am looking for an industrial designer to provide CAD designs for a metal enclosure to hold a LCD screen with the following details: - Two designs will be required, one for a 24 inch LCD panel and another for a 10 inch panel (Designs and specs of the panels will be provided) - Both designs will need to enclose and mount computer parts that will drive the LCD panels - The design will need openings for connector ports such as Ethernet, power in, USB, reset button and potentially a wifi antenna. - The enclosure itself will only be exposed to 12v power. No mains voltage. - This device is for the consumer market. It does not need to be "Industrial grade" - The enclosure will need to be able to attach a front frame or bezel that can be end user interchangeable to change its appearance. - The bezel or frame may be much larger than the screen so the design of the enclosure needs to accommodate this. (I will provide the specs for this as well) - The enclosure needs to be able to be wall hung via hooks or wall mounted screws - The enclosure needs an option for a detachable stand so it can sit on a flat surface like a picture frame. - The enclosure needs to mount speakers internally - Ventilation for the enclosure will be required - The preferred material is metal with a black finish. The type of metal, thickness and finish type I will rely on your advice - The intent is to manufacture this in China. My target manufacturing price is less than USD $10 per unit for 100 pieces. Let me know if you don't think this is achievable. - No sharp edges and must be quick and easy to assemble Deliverables: - Original Auto-desk AUTO CAD files - Bill of Materials (Materials used, metal finish as well as all parts such as screws, mounting hardware and their sources) - PDFs of the final designs to provide to the manufacturers with all the required views/elevations Payment schedule: - 70% payment on final design - 30% paid after I've received the all clear from the manufacturers on delivering a viable design to produce I look forward to hearing from you.
