I will provide you with an attractive, feasible design that fulfils your requirements in the document attached. The jammer design can indeed be greatly improved with just a few changes. I will provide high quality design renders and a clear design proposal. Please be aware that this will NOT be production ready CAD - it will be an excellent design concept. Although I do have capability to take the project further, this is unrealistic with the budget you have quoted.
