hope design is for USB A type connector that would connect laptop or some other device. I can do thing PCB's almost size of the connector like a pen drive. I am planning to use STM32 based value line device so the cost would be lower. Lets discuss how may samples you will need. Further if required i can design a casing and 3D print. Please note bid does not contain material cost ( Electronics parts ,PCB fabrication ) only design and population cost.

Hello, I have many years design experience in various applications. I have designed embedded analyzers, conveyor controllers, autodialers and others. I can handle high-speed communications (CameraLink, USB3, USB2, BLVDS), high-precision anlog (18bit ~ 24bit), high voltage (>1500VDC), high-power (>300W), galvanically isolated designs, IP65, harsh environments, distributed controls and others. I have a lot of experience bringing designs from the conceptual to R&D to prototype to production, including installation at customer site and A/S. I have implemented low-power, high-efficiency systems for USB applications and others with both FPGA and MCU solutions. Miniature size DC/DC converters, USB isolators and high-density designs as well, and I can provide design support and firmware for many MCU's and Xilinx FPGAs, and also GUI/programming for Windows environments. I can provide (extra cost) finished PCBs assembled and tested (for non-special requirements), panelized layouts ready for SMD assembly, and extra documentation for CE certifications and the like. I have been working as R&D engineer for the last 7 years, we developed over 8 products to our customers and these products are being sold all over the world. I was responsible for designing PCB, writing the FW for the products, developing the SW associated with all the products and in some cases participating in the mechanical design. I have an solid experience in developing firmware for micro-controller based embedded systems and it's relative peripherals. I used a lot of architectures such as ARM f, 8051, AVR and PIC. I have a solid experience in RTOS and all it's components, I have developed several products using my personal favorite RTOS FreeRTOS, which through all our products proved to be scalable and reliable. I use Altium designer to design our PCB layouts and to produce the production files for the factory. I designed all the PCB for all the products line. I made so many other projects which was based on RF communication Zigbee, simcom, GPS, Wifi and bluetooth.
