We're looking for someone who can design a flexible, battery powered, sticker sized low energy bluetooth device. This device would connect to a smartphone as a leash and have a range of 15 feet. We have a detailed requirements document already written and we are now looking for an electrical engineer with RF experience to write a detailed design document that we can to send to a manufacturer. This project encompasses the full design from product casing, to adhesive material for a sticker, to battery and antenna specifications, to circuit board layout.

I have performed a similar task for a tag that worked off of GPS so your manufacturing specification is much simpler as it is more an adaptation of Stick 'n' Find, Tile and Chipolo.
