Design a PSD from JPG provided

I have a design layout of the home page in JPG. You will need to create a PSD based on the same design...though there might be picture or text changes but the layout will be based on the JPG provided. This PSD should be made in such a way and with such dimensions so that when in future it is converted for web design, it should look perfect on all browsers. ## Deliverables I am just posting this bid for the home page. Once I am satisfied with the final result, I will request another bid for the inner pages for the same website.
