It seems that you will need a dynamic solution to make this weekly, if you need to make this weekly you will need to make this via programming such that its easier to edit, I have a solution on this :) such that the moment you change the audio it would change the animations of the facial expressions on the basis of the sound notes :) I am an Adobe Certified Developer with more than 10 years of experience in AS3 and Flash video development.
