Alter 1716 JPEG files... -- 2

I have got 1716 JPEG images from which I need altered. On every image is a shoe. I need the background completely white, without shadows etc. The new image needs to have the dimensions 1000x750 pxl. The shoe needs to be stretch out on this dimension. The aspect of the shoe needs to remain the same. For an example please check the before and after picture in the attachment.
