Create Landing Pages for Different Themes (Ongoing project!)

Dear reader, I'm in need of a graphic designer who is interested in working with me for a long time on 10's of different landing pages. A landing page is ****a web page designed to be the first page a site visitor sees when they come to a website through an promotional link or URL**** These sites have the main purpose to give the visitor a good understanding what the site is about and your graphics need to convert the visitor into clicking an (external)link to proceed. You should create landing pages for: Auto insurance, credit reports, debt consolidation, health, whatever... (these are just examples) I will give you the "written content" you must use in the graphics. The following are also requirements: -All pages need to be viewable for all resolutions. I don't care if you use a script for that. -All pages need to have a footer with: privacy policy / TOS / Contact Us. -I HATE crappy css styled website that gives me a lot of trouble when I want to insert some text or an image or whatever. So maybe it's an idea to setup a free CMS system to host these pages under. But please note that each page will be on a different domain. I would really love your input on this. -I ONLY work with people who have good and fast communication skills. I hate it when I need to wait 3 days for a simple modification or a reply. So if you're a very busy designer this is probably not for you. Before the winner of this project will get this ongoing job I will first need three landing pages for me on the subject: Auto Insurance / Credit Reports / Health Related. If the graphics are delivered on time, without much issues, and we both agreed that we want to go further THEN this will be an ongoing job for you. Happy bidding and I look forward to your replies!
