Animate texture to loop / tile smoothly

I have a 240 frame texture that is part of a water effect, but it does not loop or tile. I require either the existing animation to be modified or recreated from scratch: To be both looping and tiling but otherwise perform it's animation similarly. I can supply the entire original animation. Will be away for a week, shall pick a winner if there are any suitable candidates when I return.
