CSV File to MySQL via CGI

Here is the task: 1) From a web page allow the user to browse local folders and specify a csv file to upload. 2) Upload the CSV file, read it, parse it and insert the contents into a db database on a mysql database. 3) Create a web page to read the contents and display unformatted results of the query There is no error checking involved, just the mechanism described above needs to be implemented. I will provide the test case csv file and this needs to be implemented on my server/db.
