coupon site

I am looking for 2 coupon sites, that I can manage categories and coupons. One site will update all sites with the same information. Here is an example of two sites: [login to view URL] and [login to view URL] One company owns both sites. What I need: 1) management system for updating categories and coupons. Same categories will beon both sites. 2) Two different designs for each site 3) Need to have an ability to add text such as this on on the bottom: [login to view URL] This text will be same for all coupons in one site, so I need ability to create that in admin. Second site will have a different text, same function. 4) If u have done some coupon sites, let me see them. Thanks
