Clone of facebook.com

Hi php'ers, I need to have a clone of facebook.com. Basicly I need exact same features of it except some small additional changes. I would prefere to make use of a CMS based on PHP since that is what we run on the server. The bidder must have at least 2 years experiance in developing social network type of website based php and CMS systems. For anybody who is interested please let me know the following: - Number of years experience in your prefered CMS (Or the average for each person in the company). - Show me a couple or at least one of social website YOU created .ere they are used. - Your age, or the average employers age - Your time zone - Where you are stationed - Hourly rate - Your prefered CMS skills, what you are good at and not good at. Most important thing for me to work with anybody apart from the above skills is that you need to be-able to communicate in your response I would like to see that.
