Add Capabilities to Oscommerce Lingerie site

I would like a few things: 1. A way to upload products /images quickly in Oscommerce as well as a way to upload inventory updates provided by the wholesaler. Once this capability is established I would like to know how to do it myself (both for new additions to inventory and inventory updates). 2. Add a coupon code function. 3. Add the ability to calculate flat and handling/per item shipping rates for all International shipments (non-US) - currently there is only a way to do this with one Zone.
