Design HTML Template and Logo for new site

Deliver a html template page for a new site, including graphics, css style sheet, and images (including psd files). Only one html page is required, one style sheet, a header and footer image, and one other "join now" image. Looking for an easy to read (html) page that is easy to use as a template to build other pages. As an example I would be looking for something along the design on this page: - [login to view URL] ## Deliverables I have a new website that requires the logo (heading) and footer image to be designed (plus one additional image) I am looking for a design similar to this site: [login to view URL] But obviously with different graphics. I will supply the photo of myself to go roughly in the same position as the photo in the above site. I would require the header image, the footer image, css style sheet, The "Join Image" towards the bottom of the screen (minus the credit card info). The general style of the page should be similar to the above site, but in slightly larger easier to read fonts. You would supply html code, css file, images plus photoshop (psd) files for the site. Everything need to have the web page working, and for all images to be edited, etc. The page would need to work and look right on all modern browsers including Firefox, IE v5-v7, Safari (Mac/PC) Firefox (Mac/PC), Opera (Mac/PC) plus browsers on linux. Essentially I am looking for a simple to modify template file so the system can be built based on this template. The footer image would need to have some custom link graphics on it, and the necessary "map" code for links to work. There would likely be 2-3 links to be placed at the bottom of this file. Different colors would be needed to the example site; I am open as to what colors are used so long as a professional look is maintained. It would be expected that you provide a simple mockup to me, and I may request variations, color change a few times before I gave the go ahead to complete. I would also supply the wording for the images, etc and the site name once the project was awarded. This is a simple job for the right person. I would pay 1/3 up front, 1/3 once a mockup I am happy with is provided, and the balance when it has been completed, and all files have been provided. The psd file should work fine on any installation of photoshop without the need for additional fonts, etc. Or the fonts would need to be included as a deliverable. Please sent samples of prior work. Project would need to be complete within 7 days of bid acceptance. Please do not bid if you cannot meet this deadline. Also, as listed it is expected that there may be a few iterations i.e. you supply a draft, I may request a change, you resupply with the change, etc until we get to the finished product. This is to be included in your bid price, any extra requests for payments will not be entertained. Most importantly: In your response, please reply with the word Tim_Read. Any responses that do not include this code word in your first reply will be automatically rejected (This is to ensure you have carefully read all the requirements). ## Platform html, css, and images (including psd fileS). If appropriate any fonts used in the psd files so that the psd can be correctly edited. The html template page should work and look essentially the same on all modern browsers.
