Database creation

We currently have a working static html web site. We would like to construct a database to return price and availability for accommodation. We would also like to incorporate an online booking engine which will confirm instant price and availability and a function to book and pay online. Our server currently supports php and mysql but does not support asp. We currently feature over 200 hotels in one specific country and this will be added to constantly. Search functions must be added to the home page to return all hotels, and also a search box to be added to each individual hotel page to return only that hotel's results. Experience in travel related web sites is essential. Works to be commenced as soon as possible.
