Create Yelp clone

I need to have a yelp clone site created. It ideally is much simpler than yelp. It will be a social networking site where users can post pictures and personalize their profile like myspace. The main function of the website however is to combine the functionality of google maps with a review system so that users can local places of interest and post comments.
