Create Ticker and install

I would like a ticker created that I can run on my MySpace Page. This ticker will have not be run by an external xml page. all the fields will be in the actual code. the headings i will need is **Heading Description link** I would like to control the speed and set a color for the heading link. I guess it should like similar to rentacoders ticker on the left Simple, let me know if can be done.
