Forum inside my wrodpress site install (lets try this again)

Hello, I am looking to hire someone who can quickly make our current forums look exactly like my wordpress blog or make it appear in an actual page (pictures below describe what I want). Also a full phpbb/wordpress integration Will give cpanel, ftp, wordpress admin and phpbb admin to the person we choose. Looking for lowest price quote from bidders. If anyone quotes $30 they will get it before the bid ends. The freelancer must add it onto the site for us when he/she finishes the work. Payment will be sent before work is started. Three day project please. Ive done these freelancing things before and waited months for themes that turned out horrible and I had to do them myself. But Im completely new to wordpress and have no clue about its functions yet.
