Daily Deal Website theme (template) similar to Groupon/Livin

I have installed the OSClass open source php base system for classifieds website. I would like to have a new template (theme) for the site, desgined for Daily Deal Website similar to Groupon/LivingSocial. The website will be in HEBREW so the template shell be right to left - "RTL". I have samples of what we like. Want something very very similar but without looking like a copy of these sites. Will want to see a screen shot of the template to make sure it is what we want. If the price is right this may lead to other projects. Specific expertise/background that I am seeking: Wordpress or other php based system theme development. Code that validates for HTML and CSS.
