Customized Wordpress website

Hi there, I have a personal project that needs a website. Here's the idea and how things will need to be: (please check the attached file in order to get a better idea over how the homepage will look and how the contest will be structured) The idea is to offer free designs under a contest form - the winners that i will choose will get the free design. So, in order for people to access the contest they will first have to sign-up and then, after log-in step, they will be able to fill up a form with the design details - (please check the attached file in order to get a better idea over how the hompage will look like and how the contest will be structured .) I will have to be able to select from all the projects the ones that will enter the contest (the selected one will enter the Open contest form on the homepage). Each contest will be running for a determined amount of time - after the time runs out, i will select a number of winners who will get the free design - the winners will be displayed under the work in progress field in the homepage. And then a new contest will start. All the winners along with a sample of the design will be listed in the latest field from the homepage. In order to achieve this form of presentation of the contest i will need a custom form for the users to submit the design details, i will also need a way to save all the emails in a database so i can further use them. I will also need a way of selecting the winners and displaying the right information in the homepage fields. Besides these requirements i will also need: - a dynamic small gallery on the homepage, - a blog , - and maybe another photo gallery with all the winners sample designs, - a contact form. I guess that a CMS platform will ok to use for this project, I prefer Wordpress. I think that's pretty much all, after i will assign the winning bid, i will give more detailed info's regarding this project.
