Create Wordpress Teams page as Custom Post Type - Connect to Different Custom Post Type

Looking for a reliable and quick coder to do some Wordpress template modifications for me. You will be working with a Wordpress theme that I am providing. Your changes have to be documented. I need: Teams overview page (See [login to view URL]) The teams overview page shows team members with - Image - Name - Title - Email link (an icon will be linked) - Text excerpt - Read more link Team Member Detail page The read more link leads to a detail page for the team member which displays the same information but more text and has an additional text area for a list of awards. This should be done with a custom post type. In addition the theme I am using already has a custom post type "Portfolio". Every Portfolio item has multiple custom fields in which names will be entered. A functionality has to be added so that team members can be selected in these fields. When a team member is selected their name will be linked to their team detail page. There has to be a way to enter a name which is not a team member. In this case the name will not have a link.
