Convert 5 PSDs to Wordpress Theme with customized back-end

I have 5 PSDs & want them converted to a customized wordpress theme. I want a really experienced coder who understands the meanings of QUALITY & who could deliver quickly. ** I WANT 100% PIXEL PERFECT WORK ** ** EVERYTHING WILL BE MATCHED WITH THE PSDS & I WILL REJECT THE WORK IF YOU MISS THE PERFECTION ** This is a very small budget project & I will prefer highly rated coders with LOWER bids. Below you have the list of features I want in the theme... 1) Most importantly I need a customized portfolio module which will show portfolio items on portfolio page + 3 featured portfolio items on home page. a) I should be able to add portfolio items through CMS " Portfolio image 1 + image 2 + title + subtitle + services provided (as list items) " b) portfolio image 1 will be used to create 2 thumbnails (1 for home page & 1 for portfolio page). Portfolio image 2 will not be used to create any thumbnails. c) I need pagination on portfolio page which should not reload the page on clicking on the next button etc. Just the next portfolio records should appear. d) In the CMS I should be able to re-arrange portfolio items + I should be able to mark any 3 portfolio items as FEATURED (to be shown on home page). 2) On home page + On sidebar of SOME inner pages, a testimonials box is required (a bit bigger on home page but a bit smaller on SOME inner pages). This also requires a small module in CMS where I should be able to add " Client Name, Business/Location, Comment " for each testimonial. 3) You need to apply custom font using @font-face + text effects like text-shadow etc. 4) All the buttons require to have hover effects using CSS Sprites. 5) Code MUST match the W3C's HTML & CSS standards + NO USELESS MARKUP (pages should be well optimized). 6) Common & general things I will need are contact page with custom form + text pages. This is a very simple project just need to be managed well (portfolio & testimonials) using the custom fields. I want PIXEL PERFECT work & want the winning coder to TEST things very carefully before showing me the demo.
