Complex Wordpress Website Post Loading Issue

I need an EXPERIENCED person to fix a loading issue on my website. Someone who has an excellent understanding of english so they can grasp the difficult concepts other freelancers cannot. I need the job done ASAP and need it to be your top priority! I'm sick of time wasters and inexperienced coders who oversell themselves and make a complete mess of the project. I have been told it's quite a tough (by someone who couldn't do it, go figure lol). NEVER THE LESS.. BREIF: Our website [login to view URL] runs on wordpress and has a responsive 3 column layout depending on the screen size. I.e 1, 2 or 3 columns. When the user clicks on a post (anywhere on the website i.e category or the homepage) they are taken to that post/single (obviously). BUT, when they navigate back, the previous page isn't restored to the same screen position as when they clicked on the post. This results in the user having to scroll back through pages of posts to get to where they initially were. When a user loads more posts. Then clicks on a post. Then navigates back. The screen is restored to the top of page 1 which is a major problem because the screen should be restored to where the user was when they clicked on the post. REQUIREMENTS: -Work on all major browsers. -Work on smart phones. -The user should not have to load the posts all over again (obvious one). -Work for 3, 2 or 1 column/s. -Work for both manual post load and auto post load (a theme option to enable/disable having to actually click to 'load more'). -Simple, clean and commented coding so other programmers can understand it. -Work when I change the 'number of posts per page' option. It is set on 9 at the moment. May change to 12 or 15. -Not slow down the website! -Work to the given deadline! PLEASE PEOPLE!!!! NOTES: I plan on displaying ads after every 10th or so post using a php hook method - just thought I should say. Doubt it will effect anything though. I have probably over complicated this. But it's what needs to be done and I am sick of time wasters. ONLY APPLY IF YOU KNOW YOU CAN DO IT AND CAN ARTICULATE VERY WELL IN ENGLISH. Like I said, I need this done ASAP.
