Detailed Project Management Software needed

This project is for the creation of a product that will allow the user to manage a series of projects. ? Only key project information is recorded and the software is aimed at managing, not running a project. There is a strong emphasis on reporting and ease of use. For detailed requirements, please see the attached document. There is one additional requirement. ? While the language should be English, all visible text on all screens, menus and titles should be configurable to make it simple to switch between languages at the desire of the end user.
