Delphi Web App using KADAO component to modify .mdb database

The purpose of the application is to to respond to a PHP query of the online (.mdb) Customer Record/Orders database for a software publisher and to return either the existing registration code (in case of lost registration code) or, if the existing registration code is of an obsolete type or if the email address is changed, create a new registration code for the customer. (The program will call another application to generate the registration code if required.) The program is to be a run-and-exit type rather than stay resident. It's use will be infrequent, probably, at most, a few calls per day. The application is to run on a Windows Web Server interacting with and updating records in an MSACCESS .mdb file. A more detailed version of this descritption along with a flowchart of the application and detailed database information is included in the attached zip file ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows? (depending on the nature? of the deliverables): a)? For web sites or? other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software? installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform Windows Web Server Source Code to be written in Delphi 2005 or later and able to compile in Delphi2007
