Customised USB Flash Drive Password Protection program

Hello, I'm looking for a simple password protection program, designed to be loaded and run on a Standard USB Flash Drive to simply protect chosen folders in the chance the device USB Flash Drive is lost or stolen. Must operate on Windows XP, NT, 2000, ME, 98, or 95OSR2, (and Windows Vista if possible) Must be able to protect folders up to 4GB in size. Software to be simular to the freeware program found at [[login to view URL]][1] Must have user manual written with screenshots to make it easy for the user to understand how it all works. Program must have my company details listed on all user windows with a link to my website (all supplied to the successfull bidder). The successfull bidder may also have the opportunity of writing an enhanced version in the next few months which includes AES-128 encryption (not wanted nor required for this version thanks). I will have full exclusive rights to this program once completed. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform Must operate on Windows XP, NT, 2000, ME, 98, or 95OSR2, (and Windows Vista if possible) environments.
