Copy and Rebrand Software

I would like to copy and rebrand a credit repair program similar to the attached demo. I will add my own logo and forms to the software.? In order to comply with the rules of Rent A Coder as well as United States law, I am not asking for an exact copy, but only a similar type of deliverables.? All deliverables must be created completely from scratch and may not include any part of any deliverables that you sold to another buyer, or do not own complete copyrights to.? You may also not use or divulge any intellectual property which is not entirely your own and which you are not permitted to use or divulge.
