I have a windows 2003 server machine and I want to be able to connect from a USB modem I have attached to it. That is, I want user to connect to this machine's modem using THEIR modems. I want to be a SERVER, not a CLIENT. It is a simple problem but right now whenever I dial in I get a busy signal. I know that the modem works and the line works, I just don't know how to configure it. I cannot disclose the phone line I am using or give remote access to whoever wins the bid, I need somebody to guide me through the process of doing this, via IM or web conference or whatever. This should be a no brainer if you know how to do this. I don't so I seek your help. I will be monitoring the bids, the moment I get a bid I expect the bidder to be available.
