Change Windows language Layout

Hi All Coders, I'm a beginner Delphi Programmer, I made some small database programs. The problem I'm faceing and I hope to find the answer from you is that All the programs I made is for arabic peolpe so I hade to make the interface in arabic and all the data is entered in the same language ( And There Is no problem in That)...The problem is I want my program(s) to force windows to change the keyboard layout to arabic language than to make the user press ( R ALT + R Shift) to change it manually. and I also need to make my program(s) to change it back to english on exit than to press ( L ALT + L Shift) N.B.: Both arabic and US english langage are defined on my windows.
