We need to acquire a large collection of data regarding Internet visitors IP addresses and their connection speed. We need someone to collect this information from website or forum based on visitors selection of download speed. The information must be accurate, already available, comply with privacy policy of source. The connection speed must be declated by users and associated with their IP address. We will perform necessary validation to make sure the data is accurate. If you want to bid this project, you must have minimum 5,000 records (unique IP address) with complete connection information.
