classfied website

I need a classified website. The functions of the website first of all is to have members database. A user must be able to become a member to post or search for a classified. Registration page must include name,surname,email,city,country and also must have a captcha to avoid robots. Username must be the email of the user and password must be entered by him or her. The website will be devided in 4 categorises. Automoto for cars,real estate for houses land etc, buisness for employments and others for all the other classifieds. When a user adds a classified must choose the town that this classified is come from the section (automoto,realestate etc) and add a picture. When a user searches for a classified must be able to search by town categorie, or for example in Buisness to search by sector for example Accounting,IT etc. The administrator must have an admin panel to control users banners and classified. A classified must first be accepted by the admin in order to be published. The site must have two languages greek and english. The default should be greek. Now banners must be able to controlled from the admin panel in certain sections in the page that I will tell you. Some sections must support google adsense or any other html code. Now the most important part is to create an automatic procedure to make all the classifieds to be exported in a pdf to create a classified newspaper to be sent to users. This can be dicscussed in firther details.A column at the right hand side must randomly generate topo searches by the [login to view URL] must also be able to change text in the website from the admin panel.
