Overview a. Developing a website which will be exactly same as http://bidfire.com. All the functionality including all the back end processing of that website must be available and exactly same. Please visit the website and be aware of all functions before bidding. b. This website will have color scheme, look and feel will be same, with minor adjustments. c. There will be some design and functional variations/additions. d. CMS Capability change/update pages through admin panel Copyrights and ownership : Once the job is complete, all copyrights and ownership of the coding, files, scripts related to this job will become our property. Time Frame: We would like this job completed within 3 WEEKS Payment: 50% in escrow - Released once site is complete. 50% into escrow at commencement of testing - released once testing complete and ALL key areas complete. Failure to complete key areas will result in the cancellation of the job.
