Design, update, programming,

I need my website design overhauling before its launch. It's in wordpress currently, and I have a forum in phpfox which I need the login programming to link to my website. The website has an ebook which can be bought (which I want stamping with the buyer details and encrypting upon purchase), and when you buy this ebook you get access to the forum. I want the signup to be automatic, so you signup with your details only when you buy the book, and get access to the forum automatically. As currently, you can purchase and download the book, but I have the sign them into the forum separately, or they can sign up to the forum on the forum page separately and I have to approve it. This is awkward, and having the sign up page open on the forum you can get any one trying without buying the book and attracts spam. This is why I want this closed off and when you buy the book with your details, this signs you up to the forum as well, all in one go so it's easy. I also want some amazing design, graphics and programming on my webpage. I want it to look professional and clean. At the moment it's all over the place and boring. I have some website examples I can send. I don't have all my content yet, but if someone could get it set up for me, and add the content as we go along that would be great!
