We are trying to bring a new twist to online dating. Preference will be given to bidders having prior experience with delivering COMPLETE ONLINE DATING websites/solutions. You are free to choose the front end and the back end technologies (HTML5, PHP, MySQL etc) as long as most browsers (including mobile devices) in the market easily support them. The website should be easily manageable at all ends. The deliverables shall include (but not limited to): - Detailed Requirements Analysis - Detailed System Design (High Level and Low Level) - Development/Coding - Testing - Acceptance & Implementation - Operations & Maintenance Please provide references and time frame. We am looking to have this project up and running within 2 to 3 weeks after confirmation. The site will be very similar to most dating sites in the market; only some criteria and viewing preferences will be altered I will provide details to the winning bidder.
