Data and statistical analysis tool for website

I need a programme building for my website which users can input data for the site to feed back statistical data back to the user. The tool will be used for the users to plan and organise a year long scedual for individuals and groups. Users should be able to create a a profile on a individual and enter data about each individual the website will the collate this information and feedback information either on each individual or as a group depending on the how the user desires. My website is partially built the tool that will be built needs to fit in with the look and design of my site. There will be no milestones on this project he winning bidder will be paid I full once completed. The winning bidder needs to have good communication skills and be able to communicate via instant messanger.
