CustomTemplate Theme Redesign for Video Share Script

Need new theme design for video share open script: see: [login to view URL] Must have php, smarty and previous experience in open source social networking custom templating. Also, would like to add logo, new tab design and additional icons and minor color changes. Please send names of jpeg/png files that need to be edited or added and I will have graphic designer create for you to upload. (You do not need to create the graphics however if you have extraordinary abilities when it comes to graphic design for unique logo's, icon's, navigation tabs please send examples that you have done.)
