Create a mini website

This is a bid to build a small website that will consist of 3-5 pages. As this is a startup/small home based company advertising my mum's cupcake making business the most important thing is to create a company logo and brand, design a website that represents and shows off the cupcakes my mum can make and then a way for people to email/contact my mother to find out more and hopefully make some orders. This is a very simple site initially that will hopefully make the brand and image of this business look a lot bigger. I am hoping to find a flexible person, team, company that can help us with building this site. We will most definitely be directed by your expertise as this is all new to us! Thanks
