Create easy service selling/reselling sites

My budget is $35 per website. I will not consider any high bids at all. Only bid if you can do the website for a price around my budget. I need a site that sell Google Plus Ones, Facebook Likes/Fans, Twitter followers, traffic, backlinks, or any other service. Basically a reseller site. The site can be done with WordPress, Joomla, or in any other way as long as the result is clean, professional and pleasant to the eye. I will only provide you with the basic details that you need such as different kind of packages that are sold on the site.
