Convert Existing Site to Wordpress + Logo Design

I will need to convert my existing site (s g h o s t . c o m) to Wordpress CMS and setup on another new domain. Please proceed to my website to have a feel on how everything works as i will need the new site to be as fully functional as compared to the one that i have at the moment. Budget for this project is S$800 to S$1000 (Singapore Dollars) The main objectives of this project are listed as below : 1. A New Logo will be required to match the new website. 2. Business card / Letterhead / Envelop / favicon will be required based on the new logo as well. 3. You are required to transfer all the content from the existing site to the new site. Additional pages (up to 5 pages) may be added 4. I will need all the pictures on the existing site to be replaced with another set of suitable pictures. The use of a wnw set of original icons will be preferred as well (applicable to some pages with icons) 5. Designers are required to make some changes and enhancement (about 20% - 25%) to the layout of the site so that it will looks more appealing and not look too identical to the original site. 6. Integration and Customisation of the customer management system ([login to view URL]) to wordpress is required. It can be easily done as according to my previous developer who have done up the site (More info at [login to view URL]) 7. The new site must be SEO Optimised (with appropriate header optimization, title tags, internal/cross-linking, etc) . NO SEO Services is Required (e.g. backlinking).
