For example you wanna buy a mobile phone , then you search the brand and model that you want in this website and the result is some online shopping centers that they provide this product with price and spec to the customer, its like shopping service of google or [login to view URL] This website only search between local online sopping center and the main point is that the language of these websites are not english and all of them are persian (sometimes english and persian are mixed) and this website has to search in online shopping center with persian language. I have some questions: 1- Do these online shopping centers that they are exist in our country have to register to us? 2- Do these online shopping centers have to have a specific structure ? 3- Which skills and also which programming language exactly we need to develop these web application? 4-How much does this project cost
