First of all : Do NOT apply if your bid is above $250. $250 is the max we are willing to pay, though we are looking more for the range of $150 - $200.
We are looking for a web designer / programmer who can create a custom job board for us.
The job board needs to be set up so that we can post jobs from the backend. There doesn't need to be any function for anyone else to submit or post a job. In the backend we further need the option to decline or accept those who wish to be allowed to take on jobs.
The jobs are articles that need to be written. In the job we need to be able to specify:
A Time in which the job has to be completed (e.g. 12 hours)
A Time / Date until which the job is live, it should automatically be deleted after the specified date and time
A Word Count
The Price that will be paid for the article
And a field for the actual information the article needs to be written about.
At the front end approved writers should see a list with these criteria. They should be able to select - up to a maximum of 5 - jobs, like they would put them into a shopping cart.
As soon as the writers have finished the jobs they have chosen they should have an option to submit their articles by copying the text into a submit field. This should automatically check that the article has the minimum amount of words specified in the job posting.
If the writer fails to submit an article he has opted to write within the specified time the article should become live for everyone else to take on again. The time that is given for the article to be written should then be halfed. If the time is more than the deadline of the job then the time should automatically adjust to fit the deadline. Further the writer who failed to submit an article should get an automatic yellow card to his account. 2 yellow cards and a writer's privilege of taking on jobs should be cancelled.
Submitted articles should be accessible from the backend for manual review. If the article is deemed unsuitable there should be the option to send it back to the writer (by sending him an email stating he needs to redo it, activating the option for resubmission) for rewriting. There also needs to be the option to decline (which then should put the job live again). There also needs to be the option to give out yellow cards from that backend).
