CMS - Content Management System

This is pretty much what i need: A Content management system for a blog which allows posts to be posted to one or more areas simply by selecting post to ......... i.e. Post article to the Home Page & Design section of the website. The reason for this is that I do not want every article to be published on the home page. Only the HOT or main information. The CMS needs to include attach photos and all the advanced HTML writing. This will need to be linked into the website for use on an admin panel (whereby permissions can be set for each user - not that important if you cant do that). It will need to be user friendly, so that it is not too hard to get your head round using. ^^^ This is what I need created. I don't mind how its done using an edited script or from the start/ previous projects as long as its permitted. ____________________________________ Possible work after can include design work. But above is what I need most right now.
