Build website homepage

I need a highly skilled and experienced designer to build corporate Website homepage along the lines: [login to view URL] The project is to low budget due to low funds but the design quality required is very high. This is an opportunity for a good designer to show off skills on this and who knows if this takes off it will generate more work. a)Initially what is required is a simple information homepage with scalability. 4 or 5 pages to link to. b)Require Home page only designed exactly like this: [login to view URL] c)Form for users to enter their contact details d) Later the home page will be expanded to include modules: Online store, Online hotel booking, online, Incident ticket management system, You will then be contacted again to include/ integrate these additional modules. e)Not much money is available right now for the home page but if I get the green light from investors this project will expand to add more modules as indicated above.
