Build a website for bar in the Caribbean

I have a small dive bar in Sint Maarten and need a site to be built. The address is dinghydockbar.com. The old owners started to put one up but stopped. At this point I only have a rough idea what I want. I've attached the current logo and want to build off that. The site needs to be fun and show what the bar is about. It's been around for 25 years and is kind of a local dive bar which also attracts a lot of tourists. We are located on a marina which is on the line between the Dutch side and the French side. We are on the dock which is over the water, the water is all Dutch. Our bathrooms are on the land, which is French. We have good food and are known for our "Mix your own" happy hour, you make your own drinks. I'd like to get the look and then go from there. I'm thinking the following pages, 1) Landing page 2) home page 3) history/about 4) contact 5) menu 6) news 7) merchandise(maybe a shopping cart) 8) prob one or two more I'd like to at the least have links to our FB and maybe more integration. I want to be easily able to control and add content to the site. Our clients are French locals, sailors docking for a few days, tourists from around the world, and all manner of drunks. You need to understand the Caribbean, bars/nightlife, have been to dive/local bars, can help me place in searches, ....
