Basic membership login profile area

Hi I need a basic members area coded - hopefully no java - Heres what I will need The membership area will be paid for using paypal - When the user has purchased they will be emailed the login details There will be 3 types of members - bronze - silver and gold Here is what is required in the members area after login The user should login and then arrive on a page where they can enter a url and then click submit - the url will then get sent to all other members - not to the email but to the members control panel area - In this area there should be a BlockText which holds all other urls from different members of the board - There also needs to be a delete url field - whereby after a user has completed with a url then they will enter the url and delete it from the blocktext area - Once the blocktext area is empty then the user can submit a new url The idea of the system is to make a bookmark syndication - users will share urls they would like bookmarking with other users - once the bookmarks have been completed then the user can submit another url for other members to bookmark - After a new url has been submitted then only new urls that were submitted by other members after the first one will be entered into the block text area I hope this makes sense - am happy to discuss further - But it is honestly a basic job user submit url - url gets sent to all other users - delete url button after url has been complete - once complete user can submit new url and only urls which havnt been sent to the user will be sent 3 member levels bronze - will allow user to submit 1 url at a time silver - will allow user to submit 2 urls at a time gold - will allow use rto submit 3 urls at a time It is also important to allow manual licence generation too Thanks abs
