Afternic Clone

I would like a very good clone of Afternic which is a simplified domain auction type website. It seems to be a very basic auction type venue. Sellers should be able to sign up, list domain names for sale, be able to control their listings after they are listed. Buyers should be able to sign up, bid on a domain name and complete their purchase. A seller's listing should not begin to expire until there is a bid placed on it, at which point a 7-day countdown will begin.... Just like Afternic does. Also, sellers should be able to include an optional buy-it-now price. There should be an email verification feature for signup, as well as a password reminder via email feature. I would suggest checking out the Afternic website and taking note of all of their features. I would like a very good clone. Please note that my budget is small. Whoever can complete this project at a reasonable cost will surely get more business from me in the future. Thank you.
