Add on to CodeIgnitor based CMS website - 3 small part project

We have an existing project that now requires some minimal changes and additions. This is a SMALL project. A previously freelancer started but could not go much further than part of step 1 due to other obligations. The CMS is done in codeignitor and controls two separate website frontends. There are 3 small components of this new portion that must be done: 1) Using the existing product posting module (it is NOT a shopping cart; it merely allows for the creation of content pages put into categories) we must allow for the creation of sub categories. As of recently with this other freelancer, it now allows for sub categories but must be completed to allow for multiple levels. 2) Creation of basic "news" post module. This will NOT be any type of rss feed or such. It will merely be the creation of on site content pages (there is already a page content creator on the site) that will attach a time/datestamp to the post. It will have to list post on a page and let the viewer enter them to read more OR visit an offsite URL or upload a file to be download by the website viewer. There will also be a small component to this where the admin can check off a "featured" box to make the headline/title of the post appear on the homepage for quick viewer access. 3) Use a script to allow for an image rotator on the home page where it currently shows the most recent photo gallery's cover photo. The client wants it to cycle through the photos of the most recently added gallery. There would be an option to display the rotator or leave as static. As mentioned, this is a very small project, but we have many others that can be brought to you after this initial one. It is a VERY SMALL budget but needs to be done quickly. Please reply with samples of your work, specifically CMS related work. If all goes well, there can be other projects headed your way.
