Dealer Accessory Program

In a nutshell I'm looking for an MS EXCEL program that would have a front end page where a car parts dealership sales person could choose available accessories for a given vehicle at the time of the vehicle order. The program would then create an online order form that would be e-mailed to their internal dealership Parts Department. The program would also be used to then create an Accessories window label for the customer who buys the vehicle. < image attached > Requirements : 1. Create the program in MS EXCEL (only PC program all dealerships have). 2. Front facing page would have drop down box(es) to identify the vehicle (car1, car2, truck1, truck2, etc.). 3. After vehicle is identified next page would show all available accessories (coding would have to map the vehicle to the accessories - back end data will be provided). User would be able to choose accessories from this page. 4. Program needs to have editable "Labour Rate" and "Parts Markup" fields (these will be provided). 5. Once accessories have been chosen the page needs a command button(s) that would allow the user the ability to e-mail the accessory parts order to their Parts Department and the ability to print an Accessory window label. The information should not be editable and the user can use one of the worksheets to submit the request. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform Microsoft Excel 2000
