Database Comparison and update

I am in need for a database utility that compares data in all tables from 2 msacces 97 identical databases and update both of them so the information/ data will mirror each other in both [login to view URL] should not be a limit on a number tables. Path of databases must not be hard coded but offering a possibility to select/browse. I would like it written in VBA or VB (VB6) ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Installation package that will install the software (in ready-to-run condition) on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) Complete ownership and distribution copyrights to all work purchased. ## Platform WIN 98, XP
